Unlike her counterparts, Emily has very little dance experience. She started early with tap and ballet lessons at Mrs. Gailani's Dance Studio. Unfortunately, Emily had strayed from dance since then. It was only by chance that she started taking Danny Nguyen's Beginning Modern Dance class at Laney College. Emily is extremely grateful for Danny and the members of Nguyen Dance Company for including her in their midst.
